Laura Lasher

Laura Lasher is the co-founder and Managing Director of Worthy Performance Group, where she leads a company of mentors, advisors, and business coaches focused on helping real estate and mortgage professionals reach their business goals.

With a passion for helping others achieve their dreams of owning a home, She has over 40 years of experience helping families with Home Ownership, through Home Financing, Real Estate Sales and development, and continues to hold a Real Estate Broker’s license in Nebraska.

Prior to founding an Independent Consulting team, she was President of the Mortgage Division of Arbor Bank. When she joined the firm in 2013. Building a state-of-the-art Mortgage Division over the next 9 years, that complimented the bank’s service to their communities.

Throughout this year, Laura also served as a Senior Advisor /Mentor as she guided the new leaders to take charge.

Before moving into home finance, Lasher spent 20 years as a successful REALTOR, selling homes during some of the most tumultuous times in history, including the double-digit interest rates of the 1980s. She has served on the Multiple Listing Board of Directors for several years, as well as many committees. She also served on the City of Omaha's Planning Department on their Zoning Board of Appeals. She has won many awards during her career, including being recognized by the National Association of Home Builders, winning the Platinum Award from the National Marketing and Sales Council (top 1%) for selling new homes.

Lasher was awarded the National Management of Excellence Award while being a Producing Branch Manager Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Her Personal Production ranked among the Top 200 mortgage originators in the country from Mortgage Originator Monthly.

Jamie Lasher

Melissa georgeoff

Melissa Georgeoff has accumulated over 30 years of experience in payer contracting, credentialing, customer service, sales, marketing, information technology, accreditation, quality improvement, government affairs, and advocacy serving people with disabilities.

 

Melissa Georgeoff is the Chief Contracting Officer for Advent Home Medical.  A specialty company specializing in invasive & non-invasive ventilators for children & adults needing life-sustaining, respiratory care.

 

During her career at Numotion, she was responsible for Payer Relations & Government Affairs for Medicare (CMS), 47 state Medicaid programs, more than 2,000 commercial payers, and for paving the way for protection of Complex Rehab Technology benefits across the country.  Melissa worked with medical directors, clinicians, and case managers to educate them on CRT and the positive difference that the right wheelchairs make in the lives of the people who rely on them to be mobile and independent.

 

Before her work at Numotion, Melissa was Vice President of National Accounts for Wheelchair Professionals, a national CRT provider network. Through her work there, she secured a national agreement with UnitedHealthcare and their 150 affiliated health plans, Great West, and Aetna. 

 

Melissa is an advocate for people with disabilities and lobbies in Washington D.C. to educate legislators on the importance of CRT, respiratory care, and in support of legislation that protects access to it. 

 

She has been involved in national and local organizations such as the National Coalition of Assistive Rehab Technology (NCART) where she was on the board of directors, executive & regulatory committees, member of the state leaders’ council for Great Lakes Association, member of AAHomecare, Users First, United Spinal Association, Ranken Jordan Pediatric Hospital, and the St. Louis Variety Club.  Melissa also served on the foundation board of SSM, DePaul Hospital, and led Numotion’s educational programs for managed care and payer groups.  Melissa was the Senior Team Lead for Numotion’s Women’s Network (600+ members), a member of the Numotion’s Black & Brown Network, & a member of the Numotion’s Disabilities Network. 

 

Melissa is the host of her podcast entitled, See the Unseen, which creates visibility for people with disabilities, as well as helps women find their potential, overcome barriers, and achieve a life fueled by passion and purpose.

 

Melissa is married to Andy Reel and has two bonus girls and two children of her own, Kaylee, and Brayden.  Kaylee was a third-grade elementary school teacher and a new mother, and Brayden graduated from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, IL with a degree in Business Administration-Marketing and is a Contracting Specialist for Curana Health.  Melissa is currently enjoying her new grandbaby, Shane.

LEah Wilson

Leah Wilson is a highly accomplished professional with a robust background in health administration. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Marketing and a Master's in Health Administration from the University of Southern Indiana. With extensive experience across operations, contact centers, patient access, clinic administration, health policy, and Medicaid affairs, Leah has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic oversight in diverse healthcare settings.

Leah's expertise spans managing complex systems, optimizing service delivery, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Her roles have included leading teams, developing and executing operational strategies, and enhancing patient and provider experiences. She is dedicated to supporting other women in gaining confidence and advancing their skills and careers.

Outside of her professional life, Leah is passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle. She enjoys running on the beach and surfing, which reflect her dynamic and energetic approach to both work and personal interests.
